Opportunity
We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager specializing in Aki / Battery Mobil to join our dynamic team in Jakarta. In this role, you will lead the sales initiatives for our battery solutions, focusing on developing strategies to capture market share in the growing automotive battery sector. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving sales growth and building lasting relationships with customers and partners.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for Aki / Battery Mobil to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the automotive battery market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with automotive manufacturers, dealerships, and other key stakeholders.
- Lead negotiations and manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing.
- Monitor industry trends and provide market feedback to guide product development.
- Train and mentor the sales team on product knowledge and sales techniques specific to battery solutions.
- Prepare and present sales performance reports to senior management.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a focus on automotive parts or battery solutions preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of the automotive industry and battery technologies.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
- Experience with CRM software and sales performance metrics.
