About the Role:
Be part of the Ensign Freight journey! We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Sales Manager to spearhead our Indonesia sales team. This leadership role is ideal for a dynamic professional who can build strategies, lead teams, and deliver impactful results in a competitive logistics market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Sales Executives to drive consistent performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Expand market share by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Work closely with regional leadership to align Indonesia’s sales direction with global company goals.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and ensure accountability against targets.
- Represent Ensign Freight at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in freight forwarding or logistics, including 3+ years in a managerial/supervisory role.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
- Proficiency in Indonesian and English (Mandarin Chinese is an advantage).
- Solid track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Existing customer base and industry network highly preferred.
