Opportunity
As a full-time on-site Sales Manager for Beauty Salon Products located in Jakarta, you will be pivotal in leading our sales initiatives and establishing our hairdryer product line in the market. Your responsibility will include developing sales strategies tailored to beauty professionals and consumers, building strong partner relationships, and overseeing the sales team to achieve ambitious targets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for promoting our hairdryer product line.
- Lead and mentor the sales team to enhance performance and achieve sales objectives.
- Establish and nurture relationships with beauty salons, retailers, and key distributors.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Engage with clients, conduct product demonstrations, and showcase the features and benefits of our hairdryers.
- Analyze sales performance, prepare reports, and recommend strategies for improvement.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to ensure alignment of promotional activities and brand messaging.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with a focus on beauty products or consumer electronics preferred.
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Deep understanding of the beauty and cosmetics market, especially in hair care tools.
