SALES MANAGER, INDONESIA ASEA is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Sales Manager to join our team. THIS POSITION IS BASED IN INDONESIA. THE EMPLOYEE MUST RESIDE INDONESIA, JAKARTA.
SUMMARY:
The Sales Manager is responsible for driving new enrollments, supporting distributor retention, developing leadership, and maintaining positive relations with associates in Indonesia. This role involves creating, directing, and executing market-specific strategies as outlined by company leadership.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Execute strategic, business, and marketing plans tailored to the Indonesian market.
- Consistently drive revenue growth, new enrollments, and overall market expansion.
- Lead and implement regional sales initiatives, incentives, and promotions.
- Collaborate with regional and global teams, as well as relevant departments, to grow the distributor base, improve retention, recognition, and strengthen distributor relationships.
- Travel frequently within Indonesia to support field development.
- Handle distributor-related concerns and issues promptly and professionally.
- Partner with top leaders and associates to help grow and strengthen their organizations.
- Organize and lead events, presentations, and communications that support enrollment, training, and education.
- Operate independently to manage market activities and initiatives across Indonesia.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Full professional proficiency in English (verbal, written, and comprehension) is required.
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in Direct Sales, MLM, or Network Marketing is essential.
- Demonstrated success in driving sales and achieving growth targets.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to foster collaboration, gather feedback, and resolve issues efficiently.
- Proven ability to inspire and lead others while working independently.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability.
