With more than 10,000 SKUs in inventory covering valves, butt-weld fittings, forged fittings, flanges, gaskets, and pipes; all managed with a sophisticated ERP system and supported by professional staff to ensure customer needs are met.
Day-to-day Activities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets for valves and pipe fitting.
- Proactively identify, engage, and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including manufacture, fabrication, industrial, EPCs, contractors, and consultants.
- Conduct customer visits, presentations, and technical discussions to promote product benefits and value propositions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to adapt strategies and identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and manage sales forecasts, reports, proposals, and pricing strategies in line with company policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams including product, technical, and after-sales service to ensure smooth customer experience and project execution.
- Participate in industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to strengthen brand presence and expand market reach.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of valve applications and pipe fitting systems, and regulatory standards relevant to the market.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Civil, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of proven outdoor sales experience in valves and pipe fitting
- Strong network within non energy sector, including connections with government bodies, consultants, and contractors.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a strong ability to work independently in the field.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Indonesia.
