We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to contribute to revenue growth and strategic market expansion.
Responsibilities
Own and manage key strategic accounts, building strong relationships at the executive level.
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to increase market share and revenue.
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline; provide accurate forecasts and reports.
Identify opportunities to accelerate deal velocity and optimize the sales cycle.
Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets through new business and account growth.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform pricing and positioning strategies.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to deliver seamless client experiences.
Contribute insights to marketing and PR campaigns that support sales efforts.
Maintain cost control and manage sales activities within budgetary guidelines.
Champion a sales-centric culture focused on transparency, accountability, and efficiency.
Requirements
Must-have:
8+ years of experience in B2B sales and business development.
Experience in the Public Transport sector.
Proven track record of success in solution selling (software/hardware) and strategic account management.
Experience engaging with C-suite executives and senior stakeholders.
Strong background in enterprise sales strategy and pipeline development.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Strong analytical thinking and ability to interpret data into strategic action.
Bachelors degree in any field.
Highly self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
Comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
Willingness to travel to meet clients and business partners as required.
Nice-to-have:
Familiarity with the Challenger Sales Model.
Exposure to marketing campaigns or public relations initiatives.
Prior experience in both software and hardware sales solutions.
