We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to contribute to revenue growth and strategic market expansion.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage key strategic accounts, building strong relationships at the executive level.

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to increase market share and revenue.

  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline; provide accurate forecasts and reports.

  • Identify opportunities to accelerate deal velocity and optimize the sales cycle.

  • Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets through new business and account growth.

  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform pricing and positioning strategies.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to deliver seamless client experiences.

  • Contribute insights to marketing and PR campaigns that support sales efforts.

  • Maintain cost control and manage sales activities within budgetary guidelines.

  • Champion a sales-centric culture focused on transparency, accountability, and efficiency.

Requirements
Must-have:

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B sales and business development.

  • Experience in the Public Transport sector.

  • Proven track record of success in solution selling (software/hardware) and strategic account management.

  • Experience engaging with C-suite executives and senior stakeholders.

  • Strong background in enterprise sales strategy and pipeline development.

  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

  • Strong analytical thinking and ability to interpret data into strategic action.

  • Bachelors degree in any field.

  • Highly self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.

  • Willingness to travel to meet clients and business partners as required.

Nice-to-have:

  • Familiarity with the Challenger Sales Model.

  • Exposure to marketing campaigns or public relations initiatives.

  • Prior experience in both software and hardware sales solutions.
