Today, We are seeking a Sales & Marketing Coordinator.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or communications (hospitality, education, or ecotourism field preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Google Workspace, social media (IG & FB, etc.), Canva (or similar).
- Passionate about nature, education, and sustainability.
- Able to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Sales & Client Relations
- Develop and maintain relationships with schools, tour operators, institutions, and individual clients.
- Respond to inquiries and coordinate bookings for experiences, workshops, and venue usage.
- Assist in creating customized proposals and packages.
- Track and follow up on leads, conversions, and client satisfaction.
Marketing & Promotion
- Coordinate social media content and campaigns in collaboration with the creative/content team.
- Manage and update digital channels (Instagram, Facebook, google my business).
- Plan and execute promotional strategies, including seasonal programs and special offers.
- Develop offline marketing materials & coordinate with vendors (brochures, posters, banners).
Program Visibility & Branding
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
- Collaborate with the Biota Lab and Program Team to understand offerings and promote them effectively.
- Support content creation by gathering testimonials, photos/videos, and stories from program activities.
Reporting & Analysis
- Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance and visitor trends.
- Maintain CRM or lead database.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales and outreach.
