- Prepare and process quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and sales documents.
- Maintain accurate records in ERP/CRM systems and ensure proper filing.
- Coordinate with sales, vendors, logistics, and finance teams for smooth operations.
- Support tender submissions and compile required documentation.
- Monitor order status, payments, and generate regular sales/admin reports.
- Handle warranty claims, RMA documents, and basic customer/vendor inquiries
- Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business/Admin/Accounting (IT knowledge is a plus).
- 1–3 years admin or sales support experience, ideally in IT/trading/distribution.
- Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and proficient in MS Office & ERP/CRM.
- Good communication skills and ability to work under deadlines
