- Must have 5+ years of experience leading a sales team (hiring, mentoring, goal setting, growing and motivating the team, etc)
- Must have direct sales experience and proven track record of increasing company revenue
- Team growth & development: Experience setting KPIs, managing performance, conducting reviews, and designing incentive structures
- Strategic hiring: You’ve scaled sales teams thoughtfully, knowing when to add SDRs, closers, account managers, etc., and how to onboard effectively.
- Goal-setting & forecasting: Comfortable with pipeline planning, lead generating,sales forecasting, and reporting
