Main Responsibilities
1. Responsibility for obtaining company revenue in accordance with predeterbomined targets by providing information on rates, stock equipment and schedules to customer.
2. Implementation of coordination related to information on the last market conditions.
3. Implementation of product delivery activities to customers including sales, service and up selling and cross selling.
4. Availability of reporting on marketing activities related to sales and volume obtained.
5. Analyzing data, identifying trends, and developing pricing strategies.
6. Understanding market dynamics, including competitor pricing, customer behavior, and demand fluctuations, is crucial.
7. Doing cost analysis, including understanding cost structures and how they impact pricing decisions.
8. Understand business fundamentals, including profitability, margins, and financial forecasting.
General Responsibilities
1. Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.
2. Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.
3. Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.
4. Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in fields like business administration, finance, accounting, economics, or a related area is a common requirement
2. Must have experience in Sales Marketing field min. 1 (one) year
3. Have 1 year experience in Forwarding, Logistics, Shipping is preferable
4. Good communication skills in English both written and spoken
5. Honest and discipline
6. Great analytical skills, market knowledge, business acumen, and adaptability
7. Familiarity with pricing software, data analysis tools (like Excel), and potentially business intelligence (BI) tools is increasingly important
8. Good interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are also highly valued
