In this role, you will have the opportunity to implement the defined digital sales strategy within your specified market scope in Indonesia, effectively improving ABB’s market penetration and realizing growth aspirations. Each day, you will execute digital sales strategies and initiatives to achieve both qualitative and quantitative targets—ensuring sustainable order growth, revenue, margin, market share, sales productivity, and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by acting as a critical contributor to the growth of ABB’s digital customer base. Additionally, you will lead efforts to identify and implement energy efficiency solutions for motors and drives, helping customers reduce operational costs and environmental impact

This role is contributing to the Motion Service Business in Jakarta.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Selling digital solutions to customers, focusing on volume, mix, and profitability targets for the assigned divisions.
- Establishing and maintaining effective customer relationships (including customers’ Digital stakeholders) to understand customer their needs, promoting customer their understanding of full ABB’s complete product/systems/ services offering, and aligning with them to provide a solution.
- Ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
- Preparing sales plans using company ABB authorized tools.
Qualifications for the role
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or technical roles related to motors, drives, or industrial automation.
- Strong knowledge of digitalization trends and energy efficiency solutions in industrial applications.
- Proven track record in solution selling and customer engagement.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel as required.
