Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and guide the B2C sales team to work in a structured, measurable way
- Communicate product value in an informative and persuasive manner
- Conduct educational sessions to help clients better understand our services
- Provide daily coaching and performance evaluations to boost team productivity
- Develop and execute sales strategies based on market trends and client needs
- Maintain strong client relationships to improve loyalty and retention
- Coordinate with management regarding sales targets and team optimization
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales (preferably in financial services or non-physical services)
- Proven experience in leading a team or actively coaching/mentoring others
- Strong communication skills, confident, and persuasive in delivering information
- Comfortable working with targets and making quick decisions in the field
- Assertive yet supportive, with leadership that motivates the team
- Based in Jabodetabek and available to work full-time on-site
