Scrum Master (Jakarta)

Scope of Work:

1. Manage all development processes within the dealership product team:

· Facilitating agile & SAFe events

· Monitors team performance metrics (velocity, burn-down charts) to assess progress and identify areas for improvement.

· Actively control the quality of products itself that managed by the product team.

2. Removing Impediments & Enhancing Productivity

· Identify and remove blockers that slow down the team (dependencies, resource issues).

· Work with other Scrum Masters, RTE, UH, and management to resolve cross-team challenges.

3. Encouraging Team Collaboration & Self-Organization

Requirement:

· Minimum Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university

· More than 3 years’ experience as a Scrum Master

· Experience in software development as a Developer/Programmer

· Minimum 2 years' experience in a leadership role

· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

· Proficient in English (written and oral)

· Have good communication, interpersonal skill, and English proficient (written and oral)

· Ready to join on 1st October 2025.

· Willing to sign 6 months contract (Potential extension subject to performance evaluation)

· Willing to work onsite from Client Office at Pulomas Jakarta
