Job Description
•Providing editorial services, document management, knowledge sharing, and other secretarial duties; contributing to improving documentation flow and information management. Working within broad policies and objectives, directly with clients, under supervision for critical tasks.
•Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate department or individual.
•Respond to inquiries directly, over the phone, or via email.
•Develop and implement office procedures.
•Maintain the company's record-keeping system to preserve accurate files.
•Write letters, memos, and emails.

•Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and familiarity with hospital management systems.
•Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
•Preferably with experience in bookkeeping, accounting, and data processing. Experience in maintaining and prioritizing manager's calendars is preferred.
•Have minimum 1 year work experience as secretary.
