Role Description
The Senior Account Executive plays a pivotal role in managing and growing key client accounts, particularly with multinational and blue-chip FMCG companies. This position is responsible for developing long-term client relationships, ensuring excellent project execution, and identifying new business opportunities to strengthen client partnerships. The role requires a balance of strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and strong execution capabilities to meet both client and company objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in account management, preferably handling FMCG, multinational, or blue-chip clients.
- Strong knowledge of FMCG industry trends, marketing activation, and project management.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- High level of professionalism, client service orientation, and business acumen.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel and flexibility to visit clients and oversee field operations as needed.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with multinational and blue-chip FMCG clients, serving as the primary point of contact for daily communication.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve client objectives and drive revenue growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional internal teams (operations, creative, finance, HR, etc.) to ensure seamless execution of projects aligned with client expectations.
- Monitor project KPIs and campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and proactively propose value-added solutions.
- Prepare and deliver professional business presentations, proposals, and reports to senior client stakeholders.
- Ensure timely billing, collection, and accurate documentation in line with company procedures.
