What You Will Do :
As a Accounting and Tax Specialist with 1–2 years of experience, you will be responsible for supporting daily financial operations and ensuring accurate financial reporting. Your key duties will include:
- Handling daily accounting tasks, including AP/AR, expense reimbursement, and cash journal entries
- Coordinating with the cashier and reconciling bank and cash records
Performing simple account reconciliations and assisting in month-end closing
- Managing PPN invoice issuance (Faktur Pajak) and supplier invoice verification
- Preparing basic tax documentation (e.g., monthly VAT, PPh21/23) for review
Supporting reconciliation with customers/vendors and preparing draft financial reports
- Assisting with audit documentation and internal reporting needs
- Monitoring departmental budgets and supporting cost analysis
- Supporting the month-end/year-end closing process, including fixed asset tracking
What We're Looking For :
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in a finance/accounting role
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and Indonesian tax regulations
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP) and Microsoft Excel
- Highly organized with great attention to detail and the ability to multitask
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Proficiency in Mandarin is a must (spoken and written)
- Brevet A & B certification is a plus
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced working environment
