Position Overview
A Senior Research Analyst in Indonesia typically focuses on commercial real estate market research and analysis, providing insights for investment decisions, market trends, and property valuations.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Analysis : Monitor and analyze Indonesian commercial real estate markets (office, retail, industrial, residential)
- Data Collection : Gather market data from various sources including transactions, leasing activity, and economic indicators
- Report Writing : Produce regular market reports, research publications, and client presentations
- Client Support : Provide research insights to support advisory services and client decision-making
- Forecasting : Develop market forecasts and trend analysis
- Database Management : Maintain accurate property and market databases
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Real Estate, or related field
- 0-5 years of relevant research or real estate experience
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and statistical analysis tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Knowledge of Indonesian real estate markets and regulations
