Qualifications :
- Minimum S1 in Accounting.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in related field.
- Good communication and problem-analysis skills.
- Strong understanding of collections processes and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage and mentor a team effectively.
- Placement : HO Fatmawati, Jakarta Selatan.
Responsibilities :
- Lead and motivate the collections team to achieve targets.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback.
- Resolve escalated cases and support complex collections.
- Ensure process adherence and compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve collection process and strategies.
