Job Description:
We are a German company who are looking for highly skilled Revit experts (BIM Modelers) based in Indonesia with at least 5 years of professional experience to support our projects in industrial environments.
You will be responsible for converting laser scan point clouds into accurate, detailed 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit. Our projects primarily include:
- Factory buildings and production halls
- Piping systems and process engineering components
- Stairs and steel constructions
- HVAC and technical building services
Your Tasks:
- Interpret and model point cloud data into high-precision Revit models
- Create 3D models in LOD 200–400
- Collaborate remotely with our international team
- Ensure modeling quality and compliance with project-specific BIM standards
Your Profile:
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Revit, especially in industrial or technical environments
- Strong experience in working with point clouds (e.g., from FARO, Leica, or Trimble scanners)
- Solid understanding of MEP, piping, and structural components in Revit
- Fluency in English (mandatory)
- Experience in remote collaboration and file exchange
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate models
- Stable internet connection and suitable hardware
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Navisworks, Recap, or other scan-to-BIM tools
- Knowledge of German is a plus
- Familiarity with scan-to-BIM workflows and LOD standards
