RESPONSIBILITIES
- This position is to manage AN-EN (Animal Nutrition-Essential Nutrition) Methionine business and customer relationship in Indonesia
- Collection on market intelligence (customers' and competition's activities)
- Build and execute strong account plans for customers who dominate a substantial market share in the country
- Submission of timely customers' call reports after visit and product forecast
- Timely follow up on overdue / AR
- Actively in search of customers' opportunities (in form of business development, amino service, NVC, etc) and build a sustainable opportunity pipeline in accordance to Regional PL (Product Line) head's direction
- Execute the agreed volume and pricing plan in accordance to PL (Product Line) head's direction
- Key account management, especially large key accounts
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelors/Masters in Animal Sc/Agricultural Sc/Vet Sc/general Sc background from a reputed University.
- A degree/diploma in management would be preferred as additional qualification.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the relevant field of Animal Health/Animal Nutrition companies in a leading commercial/technical/techno-commercial role
- Experience in managing regional key accounts
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia & English
- Willing to travel
