Job Title: Senior Cost Control
Job Summary:
The Senior Cost Control is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and reporting all costs related to operations, ensuring cost efficiency, and supporting budgeting and forecasting processes. This role plays a key part in maintaining profitability and financial control of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control daily operational costs, including food, beverage, and labor.
- Analyze cost variances and prepare regular cost reports.
- Develop and maintain cost control systems and procedures.
- Support the budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Work closely with purchasing, kitchen, and operational teams to ensure cost efficiency.
- Conduct inventory checks and cost audits regularly.
- Review supplier invoices and ensure accurate cost allocations.
- Provide management with recommendations for cost reduction and process improvement.
- Ensure compliance with internal control policies and financial standards.
Qualifications:
- Minimum D3/S1 in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in cost control, preferably in the F&B or hospitality industry.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Proficient in Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
- Good knowledge of inventory and cost accounting principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Able to work independently and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
