Our new graphic designer, based in our Jakarta office, will collaborate closely with the marketing team and connect with designers in Bangkok to ensure a cohesive brand message for the locals. Who You Are:
Dive into the crucial role of a graphic designer on our design team, mainly crafting assets that elevate our marketing efforts. Your creativity is a key that opens doors for our brand, making stories that grab attention and connect with people. You'll work on projects like stand-out digital ads, social media graphics that build community, and branding that deeply means something to everyone who sees it. In this position, your creations do more than catch the eye—they're a crucial link between our brand and audience, making your role absolutely essential to our success.What you will do:
- Work closely with the marketing team to create solutions that match our brand and meet campaign objectives, including materials for Google Ads and Facebook Ads that align with our brand's identity and marketing goals.
- Develop the company's visual branding strategy for consistent branding across all materials, including websites, apps, social media, and corporate materials.
- Design and produce marketing communications (print and digital) pieces for different campaigns in different mediums (OOH advertising prints such as billboards and posters).
- Design reports and presentations that effectively convey the start-up's value proposition in a visually compelling way.
- Ensure consistency of brand and creativity across digital customer touch points.
- Manage all aspects of graphic design projects from concept development through completion.
- Craft compelling copy for various marketing channels, ensuring alignment with our brand voice and campaign objectives and utilizing AI and automation tools to optimize content creation.
- Work closely with external and internal production vendors and stakeholders to ensure quality output and accurate delivery schedules.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from concept through completion, while meeting deadlines and budget constraints.
- Be part of user research efforts for marketing and design, gathering insights to inform and enhance creative strategies and execution.
- Support the creation of video ad storyboards, providing creative input and design expertise to ensure storyboards effectively convey the desired message and meet campaign objectives.
What you need to have:
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a marketing or advertising environment.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite. (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiar with other design software.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work, including digital and print.
- Knowledge of the latest trends in graphic design and digital marketing.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to interact, communicate, and present ideas effectively.
- Stay up-to-date with industry-leading software and technologies.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills; able to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in Bahasa and English
- Proficiency in Figma or any prototyping tools is a plus.
- HTML/CSS and basic video editing skills are advantageous.
