DESIGNATION : Senior Legal Officer
RESPONSIBILITIES
Main Responsibilities :
Handling legal issues both internally and externally, as well as protecting the organization or company they work for from potential legal problems.
AUTHORITY
Drafting and reviewing legal documents
Conducting inventory of legal documents, both in hard copy and electronic formats.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including but not limited to contracts, statements, and powers of attorney.
Conducting inventory of legal documents, including but not limited to contracts, statements, powers of attorney, and permits/licenses.
Providing legal opinions to the Company's internal stakeholders.
Preparing legal assessments or studies.
Ensuring that the Company's business operations comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Performance Indicator :
Able to draft and review legal documents.
Able to communicate and collaborate with other departments to provide effective solutions.
Capable of organizing and maintaining legal document inventories in both hard copy and electronic formats.
Able to conduct research related to legal aspects concerning the company.
Capable of providing legal opinions related to the company's business operations.
Demonstrates a high level of legal risk analysis in all activities related to job execution.
QUALIFICATIONS
Has 2 to 4 years of work experience in the legal field, either as in-house legal counsel or in a law firm.
Experience in the financial industry is a plus.
Possesses strong communication and negotiation skills.
Has knowledge and understanding of applicable government regulations.
