Location : Bangkanai, kalimantan Tengah
As Senior Plant Operator, your work will focus on these responsibilities:
• Operate the plant during the shift according to the company policies, procedures, work instructions and operation plans that related to start-up, shut-down and normal operations of the power plant systems.
• Maintain all operation records and report forms (including logbook, check lists and daily report) according to guidelines.
• Assist in taking corrective action during system operational disturbance.
• Communicate effectively the condition of all plant equipment, any deviation/ disturbance from the normal conditions and other performances to shift supervisor in charge and colleagues.
• Watch over of all alarms / parameters of engines and auxiliaries, monitor and analyse the trend data always related to the equipment and perform proper follow up.
• Comply with all QEHS and housekeeping programs/ regulations and perform emergency procedures to protect personnel, equipment and environment in case of damage or failure of safety devices.
• Utilise all the tools, equipment and accessories in such a manner that the operating life is maximized.
• Provide for the relieving shift operator a complete handover, bringing to his/her attention any operational disturbance, malfunctions or abnormalities.
To be successful in this role, you should:
• Have experience in power plant operations activities for minimum 3 years.
• Have understanding basic knowledge and skill of Wartsila Dual Fuel engine.
• Minimum Diploma degree a bachelor's degree
• Wiling to work at Bangkanai, Central Kalimantan.
