Position : Senior Organizational Development
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with solid exposure to Organization Development (OD).
- Has good knowledge in developing competency, job analysis.
- Experience handling performance management & KPI review.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify root causes and devise effective solutions.
- Placement : HO Fatmawati, Jakarta Selatan
Responsibilities :
- Promote corporate values and shape a high-performance and positive workplace culture.
- Support change management and organizational improvement initiatives in line with evolving business needs and HQ strategic direction.
- Recommend and implement effective HR schemes and policies that drive employee engagement and company performance.
