We are currently seeking a Senior Piping Designer, reporting directly to Head of Mechanical & Piping Department to join our team based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
About the role:
- Ensures the qualitative design of the installation in project within contractual requirements and
Technip Energies standards and procedures in coordination with other disciplines. - Maintain conformity with Project Specifications and Requirements, and with respect to accessibility,
operability and maintainability of equipment. - Maintain quality of the deliverable.
- Maintain conformity to P&ID and Line List, Designer shall ensure that specific process requirements such
as slope, free flow and no pockets etc. are incorporated. - Maintain conformity with JSD for Piping Design, Workplace Design Specification and Working Instruction.
- Perform incorporation of Stress Calculation Notes into his Piping Design.
- Prepare adequate operation and maintenance space.
- Ensure 3D Models designed are clash free via coordination with various disciplines.
- Ensures the accuracy of the material take off.
About you:
- Technical Diploma or approved equivalent qualification.
- At least 15 year of work experience as a Piping Engineer on Oil & Gas Facilities.
- Experience in using 2D CAD software AutoCAD and/or MicroStation and production of 2D layout drawings.
- Experience in use of 3D CAD software and 3D model development using E3D and S3D.
- Having Modularization experience
- Having experience with offshose project and preferably with FPSO project experience.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight schedule.
- Fluent in English.
