Job Responsibilities :
- Assist in calculating work volumes based on technical drawings or preliminary designs.
- Gather and organize price data for materials, labor, and equipment from suppliers/vendors.
- Support the preparation of initial project cost estimates (Bill of Quantities/Budget Plan).
- Coordinate with client for basic technical clarifications.
- Maintain and archive estimation documents.
- Input data into project estimation systems or templates.
- Provide support in preparing project bid proposals.
Qualification :
- Graduated of Architecture or Civil Engineering
- Minimum 1 year of experience in related building construction project
- Proficient in using AutoCAD or PlanSwift
- Based in Surabaya or nearby areas
