Requirements:
1. 5+ years of SAP experience, leading at least 3 large projects (5M+ budget);
2. Expertise in multi-module integration (e.g., FICO-SD-MM-PP) and SAP innovations (Cloud, Leonardo);
3. PMP or SAP certification (e.g., C_TS4FI) required; ITIL/Agile methodology knowledge;
4. Exceptional leadership and business acumen; fluent English (global project experience preferred).
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
1. Develop enterprise-level SAP strategies and cross-module solutions;
2. Lead large-scale projects (e.g., S/4HANA migration, system upgrade) and manage delivery risks;
3. Optimize system performance, drive digital transformation and innovation (AI/ML);
4. Mentor teams and act as technical advisor to C-level clients;
5. Support pre-sales activities, draft proposals, and manage budgets.
