About the job:
- Technica responsibility as equipment, material requisitions, calculations, system study, engineering deliverable (from technical specifications to on site delivery).
- Ensure timely and qualitative preparations of technical specifications and requisitions in coordination with other disciplines.
- Responsible for overall quality of work produced.
- Ensure proper communication with vendors and technical follow-up of the orders.
- Adheres to project target and priority such as technical robustness, budget and schedule target.
- Ensure timely reporting on engineering/requisitioning activities to the Lead Discipline Engineer.
- Lead the interface with other discipline specialist engineers and possibly project support functions such as procurement and planning.
About you:
- Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 12 years of experience and 4 years as senior process safety engineer in Oil & Gas and petrochemical industry.
- Possess advance knowledge and experience in Process analysis, utilities, firewater system, fire and gas, P&ID design including firefighting and safety equipment.
- Advance knowledge with process safety calculation software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight schedule.
- Ability to work independently and a team player.
- Fluency in English.
