DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act as Manager on duty in the absence of Building Manager dealing with complaints, problem solving, disturbances, special requests, and any other issues during the night shift. Able to enforce Fire Safety and Emergency situation. Keep Deputy Manager fully informed and report significant issues directly to Manager. Beware of resident's services activities (hand over, take over, issue/renew card key, etc). Handle payment from tenants both by cash and credit card, monitor contractor during nighttime, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Diploma 3 or Bachelor’s degree holder in Hospitality.
- Having 2 – 3 years in similar position, preferably as Night Duty staff.
- Good English skill (spoken and written).
- Japanese language skill would be an advantage.
- Customer service oriented, good communication skills, friendly, adaptable, and confident.
- Computer literate (MS Office).
- Having knowledge about fire safety skills would be an advantage.
