Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive with a strong background in hotel operations to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the sales process, managing sales administration tasks, and supporting the Director of Business Development in achieving the company's growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the hospitality industry.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, including hotels, resorts, and other accommodation providers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and features of our PMS software.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.
- Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a high conversion rate.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, contracts, and agreements in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to the Director of Business Development.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and threats.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote our PMS solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of hotel operations and property management systems. Preferably one with a hotel front office experience.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
