As a Service Counter Staff (Yamaha), you will play a key role in our after-sales operations. You will be responsible for handling customer data, processing service administration, supporting marketing efforts, and ensuring the proper use of workshop assets.
Requirements:
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3) in any major
- Basic knowledge of administrative processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and internet tools

Honest, neat, detail-oriented, disciplined, responsible, and self-motivated
Attractive appearance is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage service administration requirements
- Plan and schedule customer service reminders
- Create work orders based on inspection standards (SP7) from Service Advisor
- Ensure accurate documentation of service work and spare parts used
- Process claims for Free Service Card (KSG) and warranty to the main dealer
