Main Responsibilities
1. Collect and analyze market data and trends to assist in development of sales and marketing strategies.
2. Communicate with customers to answer customer's questions, provide information, and evaluate their needs.
3. Manage marketing content, including advertising materials, brochures and other promotional materials.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
5. Conducting bunker sales activities both online and offline.
6. Identifying target customers using valid sources.
7. Preparing periodic achievement reports.
8. Analyzing bunker sales performance results.
9. Proposing sales strategies based on available data.
General Responsibilities
1. Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.
2. Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.
3. Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.
4. Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
Qualifications :
1. Graduated in Engineering (Naval Architecture, Petroleum Engineering, or Marine Systems), Business Management, Logistics Management, or Communication Studies.
2. Min < 1 year of work experience or as an intern in shipping, commercial bunkering, or petroleum company.
3. Understand the technical aspects of ships, marine fuel specifications, and related regulations.
4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills with relevant stakeholder.
