Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning:
- Develop and implement a robust talent acquisition strategy to attract top talent across all business units.
- Drive employer branding initiatives to position the company as a preferred employer in the insurance industry.
- Oversee workforce planning to align talent strategies with business growth and operational needs.
- Implement innovative recruitment technologies and assessment methodologies to enhance hiring quality and efficiency.
Leadership Development & Succession Planning:
- Design and execute leadership development programs to build a strong leadership pipeline.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to identify and nurture high-potential employees.
- Drive succession planning strategies to ensure business continuity and leadership readiness.
- Partner with external consultants and internal stakeholders to deliver executive coaching and mentoring programs.
Learning & Development (L&D):
- Develop a corporate L&D strategy that supports business transformation and employee growth.
- Ensure the implementation of learning programs, including technical, behavioral, and leadership training.
- Leverage digital learning platforms and innovative methodologies to enhance learning effectiveness.
- Track and measure the impact of learning initiatives on business performance and employee development.
Culture & Employee Engagement:
- Lead initiatives to strengthen corporate culture, employee engagement, and diversity & inclusion.
- Champion the company’s core values, ensuring alignment across all HR and business processes.
- Implement employee feedback mechanisms (e.g., engagement surveys) and drive action plans for continuous improvement.
