Plan, launch, and optimize digital marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility, online engagement, and in-person conversions.
Create and oversee a monthly content calendar in coordination with the creative, design, and video production teams.
Write compelling copy for captions, newsletters, blog posts, advertisements, and wellness-oriented branded content.
Analyze and report on the performance of social media platforms, ad campaigns, and marketing activities to guide future decisions.
Coordinate with the Graphic Designer, Photographer, Videographer, and Marketing Admin to ensure timely delivery of creative assets and brand visuals.
Set up, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns via Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms.
Actively seek and manage partnerships with aligned wellness brands, communities, and businesses for cross-promotional opportunities.
Identify, engage, and coordinate with relevant influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors to expand OMNI’s digital reach and community impact.
Work collaboratively with the Clinic & SPA, Gym, F&B, and Co-Working teams to source real-time content, campaigns, and promotions.
Optimize website content and structure for SEO, ensuring searchability through keyword strategies, meta tags, and indexed updates.
Monitor and manage Google Reviews, responding promptly and professionally while coordinating with internal teams to address concerns and highlight feedback.
Ensure brand tone, voice, and design consistency across all marketing channels, both digital and print.
Lead the promotion of internal and public-facing events with engaging campaigns and coordinated communication.
