Job Descriptions:
Full Time | Hybrid Work (Remote & On-site) | Bali area only | Preferably having personal devices and vehicles.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in social media management (preferably within a creative or digital agency).
- MUST BE SOCIAL MEDIA SAVVY – constantly updated with trends, platforms, formats, and algorithm shifts.
- Confident in coordinating paid ad campaigns and contributing to brand strategy development.
- Strong project management skills – able to handle multiple timelines, clients, and team tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia & English.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in taking initiative and solving problems.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee daily content planning and execution across multiple client accounts.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients — providing updates, managing feedback, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Develop and present monthly content strategies that align with each client’s goals, brand identity, and audience behavior.
- Ensure quality control of all deliverables — captions, visuals, formats — aligned with brand tone and brief.
- Coordinate deadlines, approval processes, and workflow between internal teams and clients.
- Set up, monitor, and optimize paid social media ad campaigns when needed.
- Assist in compiling monthly performance reports and giving insight-based recommendations.
