SOCIAL MEDIA OFFICER

1. Social Media Strategy Development : Creating and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the organization's marketing, sales, branding, and communication objectives to maximize brand exposure for talent pooling and drive sales growth.
2. Content Creation : Developing engaging and relevant social media content including text, images, videos, and graphics tailored to the target audience and platform, aimed at strengthening brand identity and supporting sales efforts.
3. Platform Management : Managing and maintaining the organization's presence across various social media platforms, including account setup, profile optimization, and regular updates, to ensure consistent messaging boosts brand visibility and sales opportunities.
4. Audience Engagement : Actively engaging with the online community by responding to comments and messages, fostering meaningful discussions, and building relationships that enhance engagement and contribute to the talent pool and sales funnel.
5. Performance Analysis : Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), generating reports, and using data-driven insights to optimize social media strategies for improved brand exposure and sales conversion.
6. Event and Documentation Support :Supporting documentation efforts by attending events of recruitment, sales, marketing, community, and other relevant events to capture content and provide timely social media coverage that amplifies brand presence and sales initiatives.
7. Stay Informed :Keeping up to date with industry trends, social media algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to maintain a current, competitive social media presence that effectively supports branding, sales, and organizational
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in business digital, journalism, communications, marketing, or a related field.
- 3 years of social media experience including planning and managing content,
- Proficient with Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Twitter, Tiktok and other social networking platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and must have a thorough understanding of social media management and strategy.
- Experience using various analytics software.
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
