Background & Purpose of the Job :
Are you a strategic storyteller who lives and breathes digital? Time International is looking for a Social Media & Content Specialist to manage and elevate our brand presence across multiple platforms. If you’re passionate about content, creative in execution, and sharp in analysis, this role is for you.
What You'll Do :
- Develop, create, and execute social media content (text, image, and video) tailored to the unique format and audience of each platform, primarily Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, for our portfolio of luxury brands
- Manage and publish content based on a structured social media calendar, ensuring timely delivery across multiple brand accounts
- Coordinate social media event coverage, including real-time posting and post-event storytelling to maximize engagement and brand visibility
- Collaborate with internal teams including Marketing, Visual Merchandising, PR, and Retail to ensure that all content supports business objectives, launches, campaigns, and promotional strategies
- Maintain brand integrity by ensuring that all content created is consistent with the tone, visual identity, and values of each luxury brand under Time International
- Plan, execute, and monitor digital campaigns and ads, particularly across Meta platforms, to support engagement, traffic, and conversion goals
- Regularly analyze performance data and generate social media reports, offering insights and recommendations for improvement
- Participate in content brainstorming sessions, bringing trend-based ideas and creative campaign proposals to the table
- Stay updated on platform trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to keep content strategy agile and effective
What You’ll Need To Succeed :
- 2–3 years of experience in social media marketing or content management, with proven ability to manage brand presence across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to handle multiple projects
- Proficient in copywriting, content creation (text, visual, video), and social media tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Iconosquare, Later)
- Skilled in analyzing performance metrics (Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics, Google Analytics) and basic knowledge of SEO and paid ads
- Collaborative team player with strong communication skills, creative thinking, and a proactive approach to trendspotting and ideation
- Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Understanding of luxury brand tone and positioning is a must
