- Content Creation: Develop and curate engaging, on-brand content for all social media platforms.
- Social Media Management: Manage and maintain social media accounts, ensuring timely and consistent posting.
- Engagement: Respond to audience comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Strategy Development: Work with the marketing team to develop, implement, and monitor social media campaigns that align with overall marketing goals.
- Community Building: Grow and maintain an active online community by engaging with followers and encouraging user-generated content.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor, track, and report on social media metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
- Campaign Analysis: Analyze and report on the effectiveness of social media campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Trend Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep the brand’s content fresh and relevant.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work with designers, copywriters, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive messaging across all social media channels.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or in a similar role min 2 years
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
- Proficiency in social media management tools
- Ability to analyze social media metrics and use data to inform strategies
- Creativity and the ability to think outside the box to generate engaging content
- Strong understanding of brand voice and consistency
