- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Software Engineer.
- Strong understanding of software development processes and technical concepts.
- Proficient in communication in Korean, with a minimum TOPIK Level 4 or equivalent.
- Able to act as a bridge between Korean stakeholders and the local development team, ensuring smooth communication and project alignment.
