Software Engineer Level II

This role will design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web & mobile applications by leveraging both front-end and back-end technologies. As a Full Stack Developer, the role is expected to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end software solutions, ensure code quality, and drive continuous improvement across the development lifecycle.

1. Design and develop new features for web and mobile applications.
   Maintain and update application source code to ensure stability and performance.
2. Create responsive and visually appealing user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
3. Develop back-end services using programming languages such as Node.js.
4. Manage and optimize application databases to ensure efficiency and reliability.
5. Conduct testing and debugging to ensure application quality and security.
6. Collaborate with product and design teams to understand user needs and design effective solutions.
7. Follow best development practices and adhere to industry standards.

1. Bachelor degree in information technology from a top university.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience
3. Have experience in developing Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) 
4. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is a plus.
5. Deep understanding of back-end technologies such as Node.js, and popular frameworks like Express.
6. Deep understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and popular frameworks like React.
7. Extensive experience with database systems such as MySQL.
8. Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a development team.
9. Willing to work on-site and full-time in Bintaro, South Tangerang
