Responsibilities
Our Solution Engineering team is at the forefront of delivering innovative and scalable solutions to our customers. They are experts in understanding customer needs, providing tailored technical solutions, and driving the success of Lark. The team’s technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and ability to communicate complex concepts effectively are key to ensuring our customers’ success and satisfaction. As part of this team, you will work closely with sales, product development and customers to achieve success in customer acquisition and product market fit.
Job Responsibilities:
- Be a key stakeholder in the end-to-end sales cycle
- Become the trusted technology advisor for customers, partners and internal teams.
- Own the technical discovery and qualification process to fully appreciate customers' business objectives and pain points
- Provide first-line technical responses during all phases of a sales cycle
- Prepare and deliver value-based demonstrations, Proof-of-Concept showcasing Lark platforms strengths as they align to customer success criteria
- Partner with Lark GTM teams (i.e. Marketing, Sales, Sales Ops, and CSMs) in realizing customers' transformational visions
- Identify customer objections and partner with cross-functional teams (i.e. Sales, Strategy, Product Management, and Engineering) to create acceptable solutions
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in complex enterprise software Solution Engineering or adjacent domains such as technical consulting or enterprise software implementations
- Excellent verbal communication, written communication, and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia/Bahasa Melayu
- Self-driven with a track record of exceeding goals
- Strong collaborator with cross-functional teams to succeed in managing projects and deal cycles of all sizes
- Comfortable working in a global enterprise setting while focused on the localized customer base
- Rockstar demonstration skills with an eye for getting solution messaging and assets on point
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of SaaS enterprise office collaboration software
- "Start-Up" mindset or experiences
- Experience working with customers in the APAC market, especially Indonesia
- Experience in responding to functional & technical elements of RFIs/RFPs independently and effectively
- Possess industry domain knowledge such as Tech, F&B, Retail, Manufacturing, Finance, etc.
