- Leverage technical experience and education to develop, implement, and execute creative packaging development activities to achieve project goals.
- Drive creative structural packaging development considering manufacturing and operational constraints and hurdles. Design for the appropriate distribution supply-chain requirements.
- Review customer briefs and be able to propose different options to suit customers’ needs in terms of quality, price, lead time, and sustainability.
- Identify efficiency opportunities, including short-term troubleshooting, and deliver projects to continuously improve overall packaging line performance.
- Ensure compliance with specified requirements for packaging
materials, finished pack quality, and to standard packaging line parameters. - Develop packaging specifications & packaging safety documentation.
- Provide technical support and packaging expertise to internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree of Engineering or equivalent
- Min. 5 years of relevant working experiences in personal care industry is preferable
