Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or Industrial Engineering is required.
- Both male and female candidates are welcome, with a maximum age of 27 years old.
- Minimum of 1 year experience as an HRD Supervisor or 2 years experience as an HRD Staff is necessary.
- Must demonstrate the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills are essential.
- Strong attention to detail and efficiency are paramount.
Job Desc:
- Oversee and manage HR administration effectively.
- Take responsibility for supervising the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Develop and ensure the seamless implementation of employee assessment processes.
- Manage Job Descriptions, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Modules, etc. with precision.
