As a Sr. Brand Executive - Pet Food, you will provide comprehensive support the execution of brand activities to Purina Petcare Business Unit, facilitating efficient and effective communication within the organization.
A Day in The Life as Sr. Brand Executive
- Understands the Brand Essence and executes brand activities that are aligned with the Brand Essence to match with target Consumer’s needs, wants, motivation
- Leads the execution of brand activities that are deeply aligned with the Brand Essence, ensuring they resonate with the target consumer’s needs, motivations, and aspirations.
- Plays a key role in shaping engagement strategies and designing compelling, rewarding brand experiences that drive consumer loyalty and brand equity.
- Translates marketing strategies and briefs into structured, high-impact executional plans, while proactively managing and guiding agency partners to deliver excellence. Provides strategic leadership in brand communication, ensuring all messaging drives consumer demand and purchase intent, while maintaining consistency and relevance across touchpoints.
- Contributes to marketing strategy development through regular market visits, consumer immersions, and social listening, synthesizing insights into actionable strategic inputs.
- Oversees POS and packaging design implementation, ensuring alignment with Brand Essence and consistency across channels.
- Manages project budgets and spending, ensuring optimal return on investment (ROI) through rigorous pre- and post-evaluation of marketing initiatives.
What Makes You Successful
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related field.
- Minimum 2 years of solid experience in Brand Management team with cross-functional exposure especially to Sales, Supply Chain, Trade Marketing team
- Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia to collaborate effectively and convey brand messages to target audiences
- Demonstrates innovative and creative thinking that invites fresh ideas to brand building activities
- Keeps up-to-date with industry trends and competitors, and maintains a strong understanding of the brand's target market
- Comfortable to build strong and sustainable relationship with key stakeholders
