ROLE: Marketing strategy development and implementation of adult category businessMAIN RESPONSIBILITY: Strategy development: Annual brand plan development of assigned brand.Planning and implementation of marketing activity: Downstream: execute, monitor, analyze marketing activity implementation including but not limited to: ATL, Digital, Promotion, Activations, market research.Upstream: execute, monitor, analyze marketing activity implementation including but not limited to: detailing content development, KOL/HCP engagement, ethical/ medical event. REQUIREMENTS: > 8 years experiences in marketing.Experienced as SBM 2+ years.Bahasa & English fluency.Have promotion/ career advancement at least once in the same company.Financial acumen: experience in developing and tracking KPIs, P&L stewardshipExperience in launching New Product within new categoryExperience in developing new business/ product business plan including measuring market potential and competitivenessHas experience of handling a business/ portfolio of > 50 MM USD size.Has experiences in nutrition, health related/ pharma, food from MNC company.Downstream: Experience in communication development (Brief, creative material development & implementation).Experience in media planning across touchpoint (TVC, Digital, in store).Experience & knowledge of managing and analyzing external market competitive data (Nielsen Retail Audit, Kantar World Panel)Upstream: Experience at medical/ ethical marketing activities.Experience & knowledge of managing and analyzing external upstream market competitive data (IQVIA)
