Description:
Role Purpose:
Manage commercial OPEX achievement as per plan based on business driver and company goals and objective.
Area of Responsibilities:
1. OPEX AOP
- Perform OPEX Budget process, end to end from initial planning in Commercial Directorate.
- Coordinating with budget user under Commercial Directorate to ensure that all plan already covered and consolidation.
- Coordinating with finance to ensure that all aspects of the budget are complete and on time submission
2. OPEX Forecast
- Perform Commercial monthly budget projection to ensure that all spending will not over budget yet become a saving to be used for other initiatives which contribute to revenue.
3. OPEX Report & Analysis
- Perform Commercial monthly budget Report all Group under Commercial Directorate and action to be taken as decision support tools.
- Performing budget efficiency of the Commercial Directorate and ensuring that it does not reduce service quality
4. Team Collaboration
- Execute and achieve functional goals given by managers
- Work co-operatively with other team members to accomplished delegated tasks assigned by managers
- Provide support, when appropriate, for the team in cases of absence or unavailability
- Provide continuous inputs on business process and systems improvement
- In order to ensure delegated tasks are completed in timely and efficient manner
Qualification:
- Min 2 years’ experience in Telecommunication Industry as Business Analyst, Finance, or Commercial Planning
- Minimum S1 in finance and related field
- Strong and advance skills in spreadsheet and PowerPoint
- Understand the Telco Industry Business Model; customer views, competitor & industry movement and overall industry trend
- Ability to link-up the analysis between each Data Financial and Commercial/Business perception

- Well-known of Commercial Program and activities.
- Well-known of financial and business modelling
