As a Stockbit Stream Moderator, you will serve as the frontline representative of the company within the Stockbit community. This role is essential in maintaining a safe, respectful, and engaging environment for all users through proactive moderation and issue management.
- Act as a representative of Stockbit in managing and overseeing user interactions on the Stockbit forum.
- Monitor and moderate user-generated content to ensure it complies with community guidelines.
- Address and escalate any forum issues or irregularities as needed.
- Prepare and deliver moderation activity reports and evaluations to the internal team.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve moderation policies and user experience.
Requirements
- Fresh graduates with a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field are welcome to apply.
- Availability to conduct content screening outside of market hours, including evenings (4:00 PM – 1:00 AM) and weekends (shifting).
- Strong interest in investment and capital markets.
- Preferably mastering Stockbit features.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify subtle violations or risks. ; excellent time management skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to represent the brand professionally (both written and verbal).
- Comfortable working independently and handling confidential information with discretion.
- Ethical and principled approach to handling sensitive customer information.
- Prior experience in online community moderation or forum management is a plus
