Storekeeper – Hotel Tugu Bali
Hotel Tugu Bali, a uniquely artistic and culturally rich luxury hotel in Canggu, is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Storekeeper to join our team. This position plays a vital role in maintaining the smooth flow of supplies for our operations, from F&B to housekeeping and general hotel needs.
Location: Canggu, Bali
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods according to hotel standards
- Ensure stock is organized and properly stored (including perishables and non-perishables)
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct routine stock checks
- Implement FIFO (First-In, First-Out) method for stock rotation
- Coordinate with purchasing and various departments to ensure timely requisition
- Monitor usage and report discrepancies or potential shortages
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in storage areas
- Comply with safety regulations and internal procedures
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years experience in a similar position (preferably in hospitality or F&B industry)
- Strong understanding of inventory and stock control systems
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Able to operate inventory software and MS Excel
- Organized, reliable, and trustworthy
- Willing to work flexible hours and in a team-oriented environment
- Based in Bali and able to start immediately
