Job Description:
- Fully responsible for ensuring smooth operations in the Warehouse, Procurement, and Customer Care divisions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, stakeholders, and customers.
- Prepare and manage the operational budget for related departments.
- Ensure all transactions in the warehouse are properly recorded and documented.
Minimum Qualifications: Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in any major.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Up-to-date knowledge of government regulations related to export/import processes.
- Established network with freight forwarders and experience coordinating with them.
- Strong understanding of logistics regulations, customs clearance, and customer service policies.
- Prior experience in retail and distribution is preferred.
- Willing to be placed in Malang City.
